Fees and Payment Methods
Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Sloan charges a $60.00 consultation fee that applies towards your plastic surgery. He asks that you guarantee the consultation appointment with a valid credit card on file in order to be on the schedule. This fee is not charged until you see Dr. Sloan on the day of Consultation. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you may call our office within 24 hours of the scheduled time to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a notice, your card will be charged $60.00. This ensures that you are able to see Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Sloan as soon as possible by eliminating no show patients and last minute cancellations.
When scheduling surgery, we require you to pay a scheduling deposit directly to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, LLC. The scheduling deposit cannot be financed. If you are paying by credit card, please bring a photo ID. If you are not the cardholder, the cardholder must be present or we must have a letter on file from the cardholder authorizing payment.
All payments will be due two weeks prior to your surgery date. Payments to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, LLC can be made by any of the following methods: cash, personal check, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or one of the financing companies approved below. If you choose to finance the remainder of your procedure after the scheduling deposit, all payments from the finance company are due two weeks prior to surgery. You may also apply to get pre-approved for your specific procedure to help expedite the process.
