This is a 27-year-old female who had breast augmentation and periareolar mastopexy three years earlier with submuscular smooth round saline implants, the right one filled to 430 cc and the left to 460 cc. She just felt that she was too large overall. Her issues were corrected by performing implant removal and anchor mastopexy along with liposuction of the anterior axillary fold (the fullness at the upper breast in front of the armpit).
