Plastic Surgery Consultation
Fees and Payment Methods
Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Sloan charges a $60.00 consultation fee. This fee will be applied to your surgery and cannot be financed. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office within 24 hours of the scheduled time to cancel or reschedule.
When scheduling surgery, we require you to pay a scheduling deposit directly to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, LLC. The scheduling deposit cannot be financed. If you are paying by credit card, please bring a photo ID. If you are not the cardholder, the cardholder must be present or we must have a letter on file from the cardholder authorizing payment.
All payments will be due two weeks prior to your surgery date. Payments to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, LLC can be made by any of the following methods: cash, personal check, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or one of the financing companies approved below. If you choose to finance the remainder of your procedure after the scheduling deposit, all payments from the finance company are due two weeks prior to surgery. You may also apply to get pre-approved for your specific procedure to help expedite the process. We accept all major credit cards.

Notice: Pavilion Centre Smoking Policy
