This is a 21-year-old patient with significant asymmetry who wanted to increase her breast size and correct her asymmetry. This was accomplished by augmenting the breasts with smooth surface round saline implants and bilateral periareolar mastopexy. The right implant is a 300 cc filled to 340 cc and the left implant is a 275 cc filled to 300 cc.
